Where to monitor the print queue and devices

Open Operations > Printers to access the queue and device area.

Before you start

Use an account with permission to the module. The Help Center reflects the documented navigation; fields and actions may evolve by version.

Step by step

  1. Open Operations

    Use the side navigation to open Operations.

  2. Select Printers

    The Printers module is the documented entry point for the print queue and devices.

  3. Review the queue and devices shown

    Use the available information to understand the operational status shown by your account.

  4. If there is a physical printer issue

    Separate queue/system issues from device issues before repeating a print job.
